為了加強(qiáng)上?？萍即髮W(xué)的科研管理，規(guī)范上?？萍即髮W(xué)的科研成果，現(xiàn)對(duì)上海科技大學(xué)生命學(xué)院、創(chuàng)管學(xué)院、iHuman研究所與免疫化學(xué)研究所的文章署名做如下統(tǒng)一規(guī)定：

1. 上?？萍即髮W(xué)全職人員（包括常任教授、助理研究員、實(shí)驗(yàn)人員等在內(nèi)的全職人員），其發(fā)表的文章，若上科大為唯一貢獻(xiàn)單位，原則上第一署名單位應(yīng)為上?？萍即髮W(xué)；若與外單位合作共同完成，原則上視實(shí)際貢獻(xiàn)大小由各合作單位友好協(xié)商確定署名單位排序。具體署名格式為：

  中文：XX學(xué)院/XX研究所，上?？萍即髮W(xué)

  英文：Name of School or Institute, ShanghaiTech University

規(guī)定1的補(bǔ)充說(shuō)明：依托中科院招生、學(xué)籍為國(guó)科大的常任教授指導(dǎo)的聯(lián)培研究生，其用于申請(qǐng)國(guó)科大學(xué)位的文章，除署名上科大為第一單位外，署名單位還應(yīng)包含國(guó)科大和學(xué)位初審的國(guó)科大相關(guān)院所。

2. 上?？萍即髮W(xué)的全職人員（包括常任教授、助理研究員、實(shí)驗(yàn)人員等在內(nèi)的全職人員），其科研成果若由校內(nèi)多個(gè)學(xué)院（或研究所）合作共同完成，原則上視實(shí)際貢獻(xiàn)大小經(jīng)友好協(xié)商確定各學(xué)院（或研究所）的署名排序。具體署名格式為：

  中文：XX學(xué)院/XX研究所，上?？萍即髮W(xué)

  英文：Name of School or Institute, ShanghaiTech University

3. 上海科技大學(xué)的全職人員（包括常任教授、助理研究員、實(shí)驗(yàn)人員等在內(nèi)的全職人員），若其為上科大不同學(xué)院（或研究所）的雙聘教授，原則上發(fā)表文章應(yīng)同時(shí)署名兩個(gè)學(xué)院（或研究所），并根據(jù)成果產(chǎn)生所實(shí)際利用資源的情況由教授自行決定兩個(gè)學(xué)院（或研究所）的署名排序。具體署名格式為：

  中文：XX學(xué)院/XX研究所，上?？萍即髮W(xué)

  英文：Name of School or Institute, ShanghaiTech University

4. 上?？萍即髮W(xué)的特聘教授，科研工作資源主要由上科大提供，原則上所產(chǎn)生的科研成果其第一署名單位應(yīng)為上?？萍即髮W(xué)。具體署名格式為：

  中文：XX學(xué)院/XX研究所，上海科技大學(xué)

  英文：Name of School or Institute, ShanghaiTech University

5. 對(duì)于上?？萍即髮W(xué)的特聘教授，若在上科大招收、指導(dǎo)學(xué)生但未利用上科大資源產(chǎn)生的科研成果，應(yīng)署名上?？萍即髮W(xué)，署名單位的排序可由教授自行決定，鼓勵(lì)將上?？萍即髮W(xué)署名為第一單位；對(duì)于上科大的特聘教授，若未在上科大招收、指導(dǎo)學(xué)生但利用上科大資源產(chǎn)生的科研成果，署名單位應(yīng)包含上?？萍即髮W(xué)，署名單位的排序可由教授自行決定，鼓勵(lì)將上?？萍即髮W(xué)署名為第一單位；對(duì)于上科大的特聘教授，若未在上科大招收、指導(dǎo)學(xué)生且未利用上科大資源產(chǎn)生的科研成果，歡迎署名上海科技大學(xué),署名單位的排序由教授自行決定。具體署名格式為：

規(guī)定4和5的補(bǔ)充說(shuō)明：依托中科院招生、學(xué)籍為國(guó)科大的特聘教授指導(dǎo)的聯(lián)培研究生，其用于申請(qǐng)國(guó)科大學(xué)位的文章原則上署名學(xué)位初審的國(guó)科大相關(guān)研究院所為第一單位，且署名單位應(yīng)包含上科大和國(guó)科大。

6.其他未盡事宜，視具體情況由上?？萍即髮W(xué)科技發(fā)展處負(fù)責(zé)解釋。

The provisional regulations of ShanghaiTech University on the author affiliations of published papers 

 (issued for the following schools/institutes: SLST, SEM, iHuman and SIAIS)

1. As to full-time faculties at ShanghaiTech University (full-time faculties including tenured professors,assistant researchers and laboratory staffs), if ShanghaiTech University is the only contributing affiliation of their work, their published papers’ primary academic affiliation should be ShanghaiTech University in principle; or if their work is completed by the joint efforts with other affiliations, the order of affiliations should be decided under friendly negotiations of each cooperation affiliations according to the actual contribution of the paper. Detailed signed format is:

Chinese:  XX學(xué)院/XX研究所，上?？萍即髮W(xué)

English:  Name of School or Institute, ShanghaiTech University

Note for Rule 1:

As for those postgraduates whose enrollment is relied on the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and whose schoolroll is University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, their papers that are usedfor applying for degrees should put ShanghaiTech University as theprimary academic affiliation in principle, at the same time, the signed affiliations should include University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and the institution of the Chinese Academy of Sciences where they belong to.

2. As to full-time faculties at ShanghaiTech University (full-time faculties including tenured professors,assistant researchers and laboratory staffs), if their work is completed by the joint efforts of more than one school or institute within ShanghaiTech University, the order of affiliations should be decided under friendly negotiations of each school or institute according to the actual contribution of paper in principle. Detailed signed format is:

3. As to full-time faculties at ShanghaiTech University (full-time faculties including tenured professors,assistant researchers and laboratory staffs), if they are hired at more than one school or institute of ShanghaiTech University, the papers they published should sign two schools or institutes at the same time. The order of schools orinstitutes should be decided by the professor himself/herself according to the condition of resource utilization. Detailed signed format is:

4. Distinguished adjunct professors of ShanghaiTech University, whose scientific research takes place in ShanghaiTech University, and who use the resources provided by ShanghaiTech University, should have ShanghaiTech University be the primary affiliation of their published papers. As to those distinguished adjunct professors who do not use the resources provided by ShanghaiTech University but enroll and supervise students in ShanghaiTech University, the papers they published should include ShanghaiTech University in the signed affiliations.The order of affiliations could be the decision of their own, while we encourage them to put ShanghaiTech University in the first place. For those distinguished adjunct professors who use the resources provided by ShanghaiTech University,but do not enroll or supervise students in ShanghaiTech University, the papers they published should include ShanghaiTech University in the signed affiliations. The order of affiliations could be the decision of their own, while we encourage them to put ShanghaiTech University in the first place. For those distinguished adjunct professors who neither enroll or supervise students in Shanghaitech University nor use the resources of Shanghaitech University, we welcome them to put ShanghaiTech University in the signed affiliations, the order of which could be the decision of their own. 6. If there are any unmentioned matters,Office of Research Administration of ShanghaiTech University reserves the final explanation of them depending on detailed circumstances.
